White apron–clad servers ferry memorable biteslike eye-poppingly tangy white anchovies and lady apples stuffed with meaty cotechino sausagefrom the bar to the table. Reserve room for the creamy fior di latte gelato, served with candied orange rinds. Its deliciousand definitely worth the wait for a seat.
